Edith Jane and Owen were married in 1875 (Marriage Registration 4020/1875, Kojonup). The marriage boasted eleven children. They were: Edith Blanche born 1876; Lily Agnes born 1878; Lewis Owen born 1881; Annie Constance Rachel born 1883; Florence Elma Amenda born 1887; Grace Emma born 1890; Eva Elveria born 1893; Angela Consula born 1896; Arthur s; Connie. Owen Hale was born in 1846 in the Swan River Colony. His wife was born in Scotland in 1855. Edith Jane died in 1934 in Wagin and her husband in 1938 at Wagin.

The child was buried by TW Thompson in a private cemetery at the 131-Mile, Albany Road (Highway). Witnesses present at the burial were IB Fallon abd Charles William Henry Becker. The informant of the death was Charles William Henry Becker, uncle of he child, of Rushy Flat, near Wagin.
