Biography

Mr Rigby was on his way to Lake Darlot to manage a mine when he took ill but was too ill to proceed any further. He was ill for four weeks before his death. The deceased was formerly connected with the Treasure Trove, near Cue, and had three brothers: Mr. Rigby, managing director to the Austral Otis Company, of Melbourne ; Mr. Rigby of the Avalon Mine, Nannine ; and Mr. Tom Rigby.
