Biography

Mr Zunz died in the Kookynie chemist shop, his place of residence. When he first arrived in this state, he was engaged in mining and prospecting in Cue, Lake Austin, Yundamindera and other places. After a trip to Berlin, where his another resides, in 1896, he returned to Western Australia and joined Dr. Schneider in the business of a chemist at the Granites, the partnership existing until about three months before his death. The deceased's unvarying, happy, genial, generous and honorable nature made him extremely popular. The coffin was covered with wreaths. The deceased had spent 3 years in Victoria before moving to Western Australia.
