According to the Death Certificate, the deceased was buried on the Lady Harris Mine Lease.  Witnesses present at the burial were William Harding and Patrick MacNamara.

Duggan had lived in New Zealand for about 5 years before arriving in Western Australia.

Comments:An Owen Duggan died 1895 aged about 60 years and was buried at the Mexico Mining Lease, 8 miles north-west of Ora Banda. A miner who died of heart failure while sitting on the side of the road near the Lady Harris Mine at Siberia.
CONCLUSION: Owen DUGGAN may be the same person as Edmond DUGGAN, buried on the Lady Harris Mine Lease in 1901, according to his Death Certificate. This depends on the connection between and the location of the Lady Harris and the Mexico Mining Leases.
There has been no Death Certificate found for an Owen DUGGAN.
