Biography

The deceased was an employee who died in bed while reading a book. He had been working on a fence line from the "tiger eye" deposit near the six mile well to the Buckland Hills. Natives were worried when they saw his hurricane light stayed on all night. They rode to Deepdale and told Mr Elliott, who returned to find Bill had died still holding his book.
