Biography

Frederick Moss a native of Hanover, Germany, was found dead in his camp on the Danube Mine, Linden, in circumstances pointing to suicide. His head and one hand had been blown off apparently by dynamite. The deceased seemed to have been worried about the war. An explosion was heard soon after he was seen to enter his camp and from an examination of the scene afterwards, it appeared the man had taken a plug of dynamite in his left hand and held it under his head while he lay on his bunk.
