Biography

Buried by JH Hill, Police Constable of Argyle. Witnesses present at the burial were Norman Wellman and Medford Mayhew. Frank, who worked for the Durack family, drowned on Christmas morning in front of the homestead after plunging in for a swim before the day's festive sporting events began. Five days later Eipper's body was found 8 miles downstream and was buried close by on the riverbank. The funeral was attended by all the men who had gathered for the Christmas festivities that had ended so tragically. He was not married. He had a sister named Emmie.
