Biography

Buried within 3 krns of the Great Northern Highway, opposite the Dunham Pilot Darn and between the Saw and Carr Boyd Ranges. The grave was marked with a little cross, the plaque giving his name.

Comments:Author's Note: Nyulasys map shows Veronda's grave nearer Arthurs Creek, which also runs into the Dunham River.
In August 2016, Outback Grave Markers installed a plaque for James Veronda at the cemetery site at old Dunham River Station, as his actual burial site could not be identified.
