Biography

Daniele was the second of five boys and a girl born to Emelia and Antonio Boni.  The others were: Pietro born 1902 in Bergamo, Italy; Antonio born 1906; Giacomo born 22 February 1908; Alberto born 26 May 1911; and finally a daughter, Caterina Irene Enrica born 1913.

At the time of Daniele's marriage to Nina, she was a 34 year old widow at Gwalia and he was a 28 year old bachelor engaged in mining.

Daniele's death was due to a sudden failure of an enlarged fatty degenerated heart.  He was buried in plot number 290 of the Roman Catholic portion of the Leonora Cemetery.
