Andrews, who was employed on the Waroonga Gold Mine when he blew his head off on 11 July with a plug of dynamite. He was found in his camp on 12 July by Mr. May H. Smith. There was no evidence to show any reason for such an act.
There is no proof that this Frank Andrews is indeed the Alfred Andrews listed in this file.
